In any disaster we face, our minds are subjected to pressures and external forces that may cause a break or discontinuity in our mental health. This shows how we can cope and be resilient if we learn to exercise our minds in not only cases of tragedy but every day life. If we are mentally aware, mentally healthy and mentally resilient, we can build a better present and future.
SAMADHI - refers to the state of meditating consciousness. It is a state of being totally aware of the present moment.
